The Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in engineering to start a brand-new sales department. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in our expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored engineering solutions.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand our client base and market presence.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential growth areas.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
Lead negotiations, close deals, and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, client feedback, and market trends.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record in business development within the engineering industry.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Experience using Haas milling machines
Able to read and understand G codes and M codes.
Good understanding of feeds and speeds.
Able to read engineering drawings.
