The Role

As a Mechanic and MOT Tester at [Your Company Name], you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and meet legal standards. Your primary duties will include:

Requirements

Carry out MOT tests on Class 4
Diagnose vehicle issues using the latest diagnostic equipment
Perform mechanical repairs, including brakes, exhausts, suspension, and steering
Complete vehicle servicing, including oil changes, filter replacements, and general checks
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Keep up to date with technical information and industry best practices
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

Qualified MOT Tester
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
Good communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
