The Role

As a Mechanic and MOT Tester at [Your Company Name], you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and meet legal standards. Your primary duties will include:

Requirements

• Carry out MOT tests on Class 4
• Diagnose vehicle issues using the latest diagnostic equipment
• Perform mechanical repairs, including brakes, exhausts, suspension, and steering
• Complete vehicle servicing, including oil changes, filter replacements, and general checks
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Keep up to date with technical information and industry best practices
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

• Qualified MOT Tester
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
