The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a digital advertising company, that supports the needs of hundreds of small to medium enterprises across the country. As a Telesales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, the objective is to effectively generate interest, establish rapport, and ultimately secure successful meetings for the sales team.


Job Summary:

· Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across diverse SME sectors.

· Proactively making outbound calls to B2B customers to assess their needs and requirements

· Schedule qualified appointments for BDM’s

· Efficiently managing your schedule to maximise outreach and prospect engagement.

· Build rapport with potential customers and identify their needs.

· Present and promote our products and services to generate interest.

· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified appointments.

· Confidently handle objections and use persuasion to move prospects towards booking an appointment.


Requirements:

· Confident and personable phone manner

· Reliability and accuracy: Someone who is highly reliable, organised and precise in their work.

· Customer focus.

· Is influential, persuasive and a strong communicator.

· Has a positive and proactive attitude
