E-Commerce Executive

As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in optimising online selling platforms, ensuring they remain up-to-date, engaging, and reflective of the company brand identity. You'll be responsible for editing website content, managing e-commerce operations on platforms like eBay and Amazon, and executing marketing email campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and update website content to maintain a fresh and engaging online presence.
• Manage e-commerce activities on platforms such as eBay and Amazon, including product listings, and inventory management to drive sales.
• Create and execute marketing email campaigns to promote products, special offers, and company updates.
• Analyse website and e-commerce performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance online visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in website editing, e-commerce, and digital marketing to continuously optimize our online strategies.
• Look after the companies social media.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in website editing.
• Strong proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as eBay and Amazon.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and experience in executing email campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
