The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Renewable Technical Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various renewable energy systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of renewable energy adoption and make a positive impact on the environment.
Requirements:
· Installation: Install and commission renewable energy systems, including ASHP, GSHP, Solar Thermal, Solar PV, Biomass, Heat Recovery, and Ventilation systems,
ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
· Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on installed systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
· Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to renewable energy systems, including identifying faulty components and implementing effective solutions.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation and maintenance activities, including system specifications, maintenance schedules, and service reports.
· Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining system operations, and offering guidance on energy-efficient practices.
· Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other technicians and team members to streamline installation processes and share knowledge and expertise.
· Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
· G3 unvented.
· FGAS certification.
· Good knowledge of heating systems, plumbing and electrical.
