The Role

As an experienced Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing efficient and timely service and maintenance for various technologies, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will excel at guiding customers through system operations, explaining features, and functionalities, and discussing potential repairs or upgrades when necessary. Keeping precise and current records using Joblogic or similar will be an important aspect of your responsibilities.


You will work on a range of systems, including:

·            Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)

·            Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP)

·            Solar Thermal

·            Solar Photovoltaic (PV)

·            Biomass

·            Heat Recovery & Ventilation


Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to our mission of delivering excellent service in the renewable energy sector.


Requirements

·            G3 unvented certification

·            FGAS certification

·            Proficiency in heating systems, including plumbing and electrical components

·            Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach

·            Self-motivated and able to work independently

·            Excellent communication and organizational abilities

·            Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

·            Familiarity with field service engineer software (e.g., Joblogic or equivalent)

·            A keen interest in technology and environmental sustainability

·            Valid UK Drivers Licence
