The Role
As a Client Acquisition Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across diverse sectors.
- Managing your schedule efficiently to maximize your outreach and prospect engagement.
- Leveraging your experience in promoting and selling to build and nurture strong client relationships from the first point of contact.
- Retaining ownership of your clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service, and building mutually beneficial, long-lasting relationships.
- Staying well-informed about our digital products and services, enabling you to provide clients with comprehensive information and positioning yourself as an industry expert.
- Using your excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrating a passion for sales and a commitment to achieving our client acquisition targets.
Requirements
To excel as a Client Acquisition Manager, you should have a proven sales track record, demonstrating your ability to work within structured sales processes. Your skill set should include strong business development capabilities, effective time management, and organisational skills. Building and sustaining client relationships is essential, as is a proactive approach to client acquisition and retention. Your communication skills will be vital, both in understanding and addressing client needs and conveying the value of our digital solutions. You will have an understanding of SEO, web development and web design services, social media marketing, branding, and content marketing services.
