The Role

As a Trainee/Junior Installer, you will play a vital role in the installation and maintenance of flues and chimneys, installing log burners, and fitting outdoor kitchens for residential and commercial clients. You will work closely with experienced professionals, receiving on-the-job training and mentorship to develop the necessary skills and expertise in this specialised field.

Requirements:

Assist with Installations: Under the guidance of senior installers, assist in the installation and maintenance of our products in accordance with industry standards and safety

protocols.

Learn Equipment Operation: Gain proficiency in operating and maintaining specialized equipment and tools used.

Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation details, maintenance logs, and client communication.

Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with clients, addressing their questions and concerns and providing excellent customer service.

Skill Development: Continuously improve your knowledge and skills in flue and chimney maintenance, seeking opportunities for growth and advancement within the

company.
