Security Systems Engineer

Requirements

• Install, maintain, and commission security systems following industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support to customers as needed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with access control and security systems, including minor fire systems.
• Keep accurate records of all work completed.
• Essential knowledge of IP video systems.
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Fire & Security Engineering.
• Proficient in security system installation techniques, equipment, and tools, with some fire knowledge.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (mainly within the working week).
• Fire & Security Engineering: 3 years’ experience required
• Able to complete a police check to BS7858.
• Field Based - main area: Rhondda Cynon Taf, South Wales
• Possess a valid and clean UK driver's license.
