The Role
We are seeking a skilled and professional Front Office Assistant / Secretary. You will play an important role in providing outstanding support to the Partners and their clients.
Answering Switchboard
Manage incoming calls on the switchboard and direct them to the appropriate parties.
Provide information to callers courteously and professionally.
Communication
Screen calls and emails, forwarding them to the appropriate departments.
Executive Diary Management
Maintain and organise diaries for seven executives.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Client Interaction
Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Office Management
Oversee general office operations, including cleaning services, stationery supplies, and printers.
Handle filing, typing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Relay messages accurately and promptly.

Requirements
5+ years’ professional experience as a Secretary/Receptionist or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Benefits
