The Role

We are looking for a skilled Light Vehicle Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing light vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance.

Requirements

• Timing chains and timing belts: perform expert inspection and replacement of timing chains and belts, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices
• Clutches: diagnose and repair clutch systems efficiently, ensuring proper engagement and performance
• Diagnostics: utilise advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve issues across various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, brake checks, and car servicing
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and mechanical repair procedures
• Communicate with customers to provide detailed explanations of necessary repairs and estimates
• Minimum - Level 3 Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair 
• Valid driver's license

Benefits

• Salary between £24,000 - £28,0000 depending on skill set and experience.
